Our stay at Villa Pitomcia was absolutely amazing! The location was idyllic, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. We had private access to deck chairs and sun umbrellas facing the sea, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The self-contained apartment we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette and lounge area. The breakfasts in the main building were varied and generous, ensuring we started our days off right. The pool was fantastic and added another level of enjoyment to our stay. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Fabulous sea views! Staff was there when you needed anything and otherwise let you just enjoy the beautiful place and surroundings. We have been traveling for over 3 months and Pitomcia Pansion is one of the couple of gems we found. The food was lovely and the beautiful beach at your door step. We booked for 3 nts but stayed for 6. Would definately recommend and would love to return again. Thanks Sdve for everything!!!

The Pension is very well situated 8Km down the coast from the sprawling city of Split on an easy bus route.The young owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He has created a beautiful garden which has direct access to the small pebbly beach and crystal clear Adriatic water.It is a little oasis by the sea. Breakfast and other meals taken in the restaurant were good. Enjoyed having a balcony with garden and sea views.

We had a fantastic time at the beachfront villa with a great pool. The hosts were warm and accommodating, and the self-contained apartment was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were varied and generous, and the location was superb. a wonderful stay!

We could not fault our stay at pitomcia. Our room was always spotless,A great sea view,and the breakfast was something to always look forward to. The owners were always very helpful and answered all our needs. we would certainly return again, hopefully very soon.

Very hospitable hotel, smiling competent attendants, cozy numbers, good service. Silence, the pure sea near to hotel. It is good to have a rest from city vanity, to sunbathe, bathe. A bus stop near to hotel. It is possible to go both to married couples, and the amicable company. The prices for this hotel very good. Very much we recommend!

Everything was just perfect. Cold beer upon arrival as Welcome drink, swimming in the sea in front of the Pansion, quiet and comfortable room, very rich breakfast, what else do you need ?

This hotel is a gem right by the beach, with a beautiful terrace facing the sea. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms had perfect sea views and were well-maintained. The breakfast, with its perfect sea view, was a delightful way to start the day.

It's an old but clean guesthouse. Breakfast was rich and it's great hotel being near the beach.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with beautiful terraces overlooking the sea. The staff and owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us. The breakfast served in the garden under the pear and palm trees was a delightful way to start the day. The villa had its own beach with comfortable seating and beach accessories, providing a convenient spot for relaxation. The internet connection was reliable, and there was plenty of free parking available.

Our room lacked a fridge, which would have been beneficial for storing drinks and snacks. the bed in our room seemed old and worn, causing some discomfort during our stay.

The family who owned the hotel were very helpfull and friendly even cooking us a late meal when we got lost in split.

The standard of the room was poor and in need of repair. Quite uncomfortable and run down.

Had a wonderful Easter. Enjoyed a private beach in the garden, clean and well-maintained pool with a view. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, offering a variety of breakfast options. Loved the rich breakfast included in the package. Proximity to great restaurants in the nearby mountains was an added advantage. Truly the best value for money spent.

The bed was a bit old and noisy, which disturbed our sleep quality. The room furniture was old but in working condition.
